I don't know how those people are staying busy. I'm down to 10 hours a week. I lost over $700 a month worth of business because busineses were cutting back, so my customers either had their hours cut way back or they lost their jobs. So, obviously, they left me go.

Wow Pat! Sorry to hear that business has been so bad for you lately.  Have you stepped up your advertising to try to get replacements?

I have still stayed pretty busy, but i did lose a commercial account this week that i've did for 3 years. They closed the building and are selling it. I still clean 2 other buildings for the same company,so i am thankful i still have the other 2 buildings. Lost $200 a month on losing that building. But i haven't lost any resi's yet.

Pat,Advertise as much as you can. Offer referal incentives to existing clients.
